Our driven, curious, and highly-motivated students deserve choice. That’s why we are proud to offer our high school students a wide range of opportunities through course options that can’t be found anywhere else in Ho Chi Minh City. Students choose from Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, and our own college-preparatory courses, to develop a program of study that matches their individual goals. Our “best fit” philosophy encourages students to leverage their strengths, interests, and passions, so that they always work toward their highest potential. The Advanced Placement program offers students college-level courses, allowing students the opportunity to explore subject areas prior to choosing a university major. Students who receive high scores in AP courses will often earn college credits, giving them a head start. The prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is recognized as a university entrance qualification in more than 70 countries worldwide. Students at SSIS may choose to pursue a full International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme or single-course certificates. These courses can help influence university admissions decisions and can earn students university credit.
